How I manage PBC symptoms with multiple diagnoses
Like myself, many with PBC suffer from more than one autoimmune disease, and there are unique challenges that come with multiple diagnoses.

Angela Schaff, a single mother of 3 boys, has been a stay-at-home mom since 2005, when she started to have medical issues. Those issues culminated when she was diagnosed with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) in 2014. The diagnosis was confirmed directly after the complicated birth of Angela's youngest son. "I don’t believe it’s a coincidence that PBC symptoms started to show for me during one of the hardest times of my life," she said. Angela is eager to share her experiences managing PBC alongside the numerous other challenges in her life.
